Initiate Your Request

Log into your Buzz account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and use your tracking number to monitor your return as it makes its way back to our quality control center.
